JOB DESCRIPTION
You'll own the full growth surface, onboarding, activation flows, empty states, upgrade prompts and the in-product moments that move users from trying Flowpath to depending on it. Equal parts craft and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years product design experience with at least 1 year focused on growth or activation, strong portfolio showing systems thinking, proficiency in Figma, and comfort reading analytics and forming testable hypotheses.
