JOB DESCRIPTION
You'll own the intelligence layer of our platform, the AI step suggestion engine, prompt execution infrastructure, output validation and the evaluation framework we use to measure whether our AI is actually working. Production AI engineering, not research.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years engineering experience with 2+ years building with LLM APIs in production, strong Python skills, experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs including streaming and structured outputs, and a track record of shipping reliable AI systems at scale.
